How do I order?
Use the "Add to cart" button to add products to the shopping cart. On the Checkout page, select your preferred delivery/pick-up method and fill in the required information including shipping details and credit card details. Apply any discount code you may have at the last stage of checkout. Once you confirm, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Can I make changes to my orders?
You may contact us via cs@biggrains.com or WhatsApp (9137 5381) and let us know your request. We reserve the right to accept or reject your request based on operational limitations.
