How do I pay with PayMe?
If you select PayMe at checkout, please follow these steps:
- Click this link: https://qr.payme.hsbc.com.hk/2/HVjmzbZ3Tiw2Rm5fMq2tz4 (or scan the QR code below).
- Enter the exact total amount shown in your order confirmation email.
- Crucial: Enter your Order Number in the PayMe payment note so we can match your payment to your order.
How do I place an order?
- Use the "Add to cart" button to select your items.
- Go to your Cart and select your preferred pickup/delivery date and time.
- Check the "Terms and Conditions" box and click Checkout.
- Fill in your shipping/contact details and apply any discount codes.
- Select your payment method and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately!
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at cs@biggrains.com or WhatsApp us at 9137 5381. Please note that all modification requests are subject to operational limits, and we reserve the right to accept or reject changes depending on how close it is to your fulfillment time.
