On-Site Pickup

Pre-ordered items must be collected from your selected Big Grains location:

• Jordan | Wan Chai | Tsuen Wan | Sai Wan | Taikoo Please collect your order on the selected date and time.

Delivery Service (Street-Side Only)

We offer delivery services subject to an extra delivery & administration charge.

• Collection Point: Street-side / Building entrance only. Customers must meet the driver downstairs to collect.

• Delivery Fee: Not included in the order total. The fee is to be paid directly to the driver upon arrival.

Terms & Conditions

• Orders must be collected on the selected date and location.

• Once goods are handed over, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

• Big Grains is not responsible for items once they have been collected.
