Orders can be picked-up at selected store within business hours. Please refer to our location list for more information.
Courier Service: We arrange all deliveries via third-party logistics partners (Lalamove or GoGoVan).
Shipping Fees (Pay on Arrival): Delivery charges are paid directly to the driver upon receipt. The final fee may fluctuate based on real-time traffic conditions, applicable tolls, or other routing factors. We will notify you as soon as your delivery is dispatched.
Delivery Locations: Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay) may incur extra surcharges. Please note that we currently do not deliver to outlying islands or Lantau Island.
Ground-Level Pick-up: Standard delivery covers drop-off at the building's ground floor or nearest free parking area. If you require door-to-door or upstairs delivery, please negotiate and pay any additional fees directly to the driver.
Liability & Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. We are not liable for any damages that occur once the items have been successfully handed over to the third-party courier.
